AI chatbot
The University Library's AI chatbot provides round-the-clock support in various languages with information on the University Library's services. However, the chatbot does not provide information on individual usage, such as loan status.
The chatbot also does not currently answer questions about literature and other sources of information. If you are looking for literature and information, please use the Primo catalog or DBIS for databases. Tips for searching in Primo can be found on the website and on the University Library's YouTube channel.
The AI chatbot's responses are generated automatically. Please check all content carefully. Where possible, links to sources are displayed at the end of the response so that you can check and review the information.

The University Library offers courses on the use of AI in studies and research, for example on AI tools for literature research, research data management, audio transcription, and reproducibility, as well as on the responsible use of generative AI. All current courses can be found on our website.
